To the right is an example of a Wikipedia-style country info box. Below is what it looks like raw. An explanation will be given below. Don't panic!
{{| border=1 align=right cellpadding=4 cellspacing=0 width=300 style="margin: 0 0 1em 1em; background: #f9f9f9; border: 1px #aaaaaa solid; border-collapse: collapse; font-size: 95%;" |+ <big>'''Nombre Completo de la Nación'''</big> <big>'''Full name of nation'''</big> |- |'''Official language''' || Official language(s) |- |'''Capital''' || Capital |- |'''Head of state''' || Head-of-state |- |'''Head of government''' || Head-of-government |- |'''Area''' || Area |- |'''Population''' || Population |- |'''Independence''' || Date |- |'''Currency''' || Currency |}}
This looks quite complex, but really isn't as bad as it looks. The first line (up to font-size: 95%;") must be kept unaltered, in order to preserve uniformity.
The second line gives the header to the table. It is suggested that the last line of the header is the English translation of the name, and the first is the name in the native language(s). If a different script is used, that should be at the very top (for an example, see Croatia (Failure of America). Each heading begins with <big>''' and ends with '''</big>. The <br> tag separates multiple headings.
Each data point is in the following form:
|'''Category''' || Data
And each point is seperated by
|-
Finally, the table must end with |}}
To make a cell that covers two columns (as in, for example, the flag, motto, and world maps in Wikipedia's country entries - see Luxembourg for an example), use a line like this:
|colspan=2 align=center | [[image:wiki.png]]
This will add the image file (in this case, our wiki's logo) to the table.

Ruler Infobox[]
Template:Ruler infobox
This is an infobox for a monarch. For a man, add the line |male=yes , for a woman, add |female=yes .
You have to enter values for country and timeline.
If you want to show the father and/or the mother of the ruler, you also have to add the line |parents=yes . If you want to show at least one grandparent of the ruler, you also have to add the line |grandparents=yes .
{{Ruler infobox |Timeline=''Timeline'' |name=Max |male=yes |order=I |title=King |country=America |dynasty=Waldemar |period=January 1, 1862 - March 7, 1866 |predecessor=''name of preceding King'' |successor=''name of succeeding King'' |birth_date=February 12, 1809 |death_date=March 7, 1866 |birth_place=Hardin County |death_place=Washington DC |spouse=Girl of Florida |offspring= |father=Hans II |mother=Maria |grandparents=yes |fofather=Hans I |mofather=Bertha |fomother=Wolf XL |momother=Hertha }}
Succession infobox[]
This is a sucession infobox for monarchs, which also works for rulers of several countries (up to four, at the moment).
For every country, you have to enter the ruler's name (incl. Roman number, if necessary) and the country name. His title (default: ruler), predecessor and successor (default: unknown), start and end of reigning date (default: ?) are optional; if they're the same as in the country above, the values are automatically repeated. For a woman, add the line |female=yes . If the plural of the title for female rulers is irregular (most female titles simply add -es for plural), you also have to show the plural form for this title. If a country has no female rulers at all, add a line of the form |nof1=yes . |
